1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Industrial Iron Works Inc ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Industrial Iron Works Inc provides professional demolition, general contracting, metal construction, roofing, and steel fabrication services throughout White Castle, Baton Rouge, and surrounding areas in Louisiana. Our services include but are not limited to:

• • Roofing installation and repair
• • Custom steel fabrication

3. Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided by the Company are:

• • Based on information provided by the client at the time of assessment
• • Subject to change if site conditions differ from initial assessment
• • Valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
• • Not binding until a written contract is executed by both parties

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement for each project. Generally:

• • A deposit may be required before work commences
• • Progress payments may be required for larger projects
• • Final payment is due upon completion of work
• • Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by law

5. Project Delays and Cancellations

We strive to complete all projects on schedule. However, delays may occur due to:

• • Unforeseen site conditions
• • Permit or regulatory delays
• • Material availability
• • Acts of God or force majeure events

Cancellation policies will be outlined in individual service agreements. Cancellations may result in charges for work performed and materials purchased.

6. Safety and Site Access

The Company maintains the highest safety standards. Clients agree to:

• • Provide safe and unobstructed access to work areas
• • Disclose all known hazards on the property
• • Keep unauthorized persons away from work areas
• • Follow all safety instructions provided by our team

7. Permits and Compliance

While we assist with obtaining necessary permits, the client is ultimately responsible for ensuring all required permits are obtained before work begins. We comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including environmental and safety standards.

8. Liability and Insurance

Industrial Iron Works Inc maintains appropriate liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. Our liability is limited to:

• • Direct damages caused by our negligence
• • The contract value of the project

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or business interruption.

9. Warranty

We stand behind our work with industry-standard warranties as specified in individual service agreements. Warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, or modifications made by others.

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, and custom fabrication drawings created by Industrial Iron Works Inc remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Use of our company name, logo, or branding requires prior written permission.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be achieved, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Louisiana state law, with proceedings held in Iberville Parish or East Baton Rouge Parish.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
