We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or business interruption.
We stand behind our work with industry-standard warranties as specified in individual service agreements. Warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, or modifications made by others.
All designs, plans, and custom fabrication drawings created by Industrial Iron Works Inc remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Use of our company name, logo, or branding requires prior written permission.
Any disputes arising from our services will first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be achieved, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Louisiana state law, with proceedings held in Iberville Parish or East Baton Rouge Parish.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
